I'm a certified NGNLP Master Practitioner with 12 years of experience supporting people through some of life's most challenging moments — and most exciting turning points. I believe we grow through our experiences. Every difficult moment carries within it the seeds of wisdom, and my work is about helping you find them. I help people reframe their painful experiences so they can grow stronger and wiser, and begin to see and adapt to life through a new light of wisdom. Over the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside many clients through anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, grief, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. My sessions are warm, private, confidential, and completely non-judgmental. We work at your pace, in a safe space, with full respect for your journey.
