RahetBelak is an online marketplace and booking platform for mental wellness sessions. The platform connects clients with experts — including NGNLP Practitioners and Psychologists — and enables them to discover, book, and attend private video sessions entirely within the RahetBelak platform.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, RahetBelak acts as the data controller for all personal information collected through the platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register or use the platform, we may collect:

• Password (stored in encrypted form — we never see your plain-text password)

RahetBelak operates a wallet-based payment system. When you add funds to your wallet, we record:

RahetBelak does not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or payment card information on our servers.

2.4 Session Data

When a session takes place on the platform via our integrated video system, we may record:

• Whether participants joined or left the session
• Session status updates (in progress, completed, etc.)

Video sessions are not recorded by default. If session recording is ever introduced as a feature, it will only be done with the explicit, informed consent of both the client and the expert, and you will be clearly notified in advance.

2.5 Communications

If you contact us via email or through the platform, we retain a record of your communication to help us respond and improve our support.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To allow experts to create public profiles and receive bookings

Approved expert profiles are displayed publicly on the platform. Public profile information includes: name, photo (if provided), bio, category, services offered, languages, and session pricing. This information is visible to all platform visitors.

Your private account information — including email address, wallet balance, and transaction history — is never shared with other users.

5.2 With Service Providers

We share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform, including video session infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, and hosting providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

5.3 Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person, prevent fraud, or protect our legal rights.

Transactional and booking records may be retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements.
